KAYAK for Business is hiring a UK-based Global Sales Enablement Manager to strengthen our global sales team across the UK, Europe and US. You will be a key factor in improving conversion, shortening cycles and signing new business. This is a remote or hybrid position, based in the UK.
In this role, you will:
Build and run a sales enablement programme that supports our SMB and Enterprise sales teams across the UK, Europe and the US.
Own inbound and outbound lead workflows, CRM accuracy, pipeline management, forecasting and opportunity stage design.
Manage meeting bookings for the sales team and at conferences .
Create and maintain dashboards and reporting to track impact and share results with the wider team.
Be a collaborative member of a global, cross-functional, and innovative team
Please apply if you have:
2+ years in sales enablement or sales roles selling SaaS / travel management in the B2B sector across the UK, Europe & USA.
Experience building relationships with travel managers, procurement professionals, and other commercial contacts across assigned regions
A data‑driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and measuring the impact of enablement programmes
The ability to adapt and prioritise in an ambiguous environment
