Job Description
This position will be responsible for assisting the Unit Services Maintenance department by distributing, logging and taking calls from Resort Services, Front Desk, Engineering, and housekeeping reporting unit deficiencies and services needed. Ensure guest requests, service incidents and inventory requests are fulfilled in a timely manner to create a sense of urgency and importance to the experience for our owner and guests by distributing calls to various individuals and following up with completion times. Ensure all units requiring service are scheduled; assisting the opening manager with checking all housekeeping cleans reports and communicating room anomalies, dispatch all communication between the proper personnel via phone or radio, and provide clerical support for the department.
