Road Crew Operator

The Road Crew Operator is responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and professional movement of guests, employees, vendors, and event traffic throughout the property. Team members assist with transportation logistics, traffic control, shuttle and trolley operations, special events, road closures, parking coordination, and guest assistance while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Road Crew personnel work closely with Transportation Supervisors, Public Safety, Event Operations, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive guest experience and plays a critical leadership role during peak seasons and major events where transportation, timing, and guest flow are essential to overall success.
