Assisting with the coordination, communication and maintenance of relationships with internal and external customers, identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately, escalating issues where appropriate
Supporting the development of quality staff by coaching and mentoring others to ensure required skilled staff available to meet awarding body requirements and business needs for delivering RQF qualifications up to and including Level 5 Diploma in Adult Social Care
Assisting RQF candidates in collating their portfolios for Assessment and Internal Verification, ensuring accurate records are maintained on progress and completions
