Job Description
POSITION DESCRIPTION The Production Technician & Production Lead positions involve the execution of various manufacturing processes such as composite fabrication, infusion, assembly, welding, mill operations, metrology, ovens, or waterjet operations. Production Technicians at all levels are required to follow directions carefully, have basic mechanical knowledge, manual dexterity, good eyesight and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
