Job Description
We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our housekeeping team for the new Residence Inn located in Wilmington, DE! This role is essential to creating a welcoming and comfortable stay for every guest. What You’ll Do:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Replace linens, towels, and restock guest amenities
- Respond to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner
- Report maintenance concerns or items left behind
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Work efficiently with consistency and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong eye for cleanliness and organization
- Ability to work on your feet for long periods, and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable and flexible, with weekend and holiday availability
- Housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred.
- A positive attitude and team-player mindset
