Job Description
JOB SUMMARY : Baker 3 assists the Lead Baker and Chef in the preparation and development of all pastry and bakery needs according to recipe: Checks production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake for the casino outlets and communicates to all patriates. All functions will be performed within the guidelines of the Downstream Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
