Resident Manager I with a 2 bedroom unit (Pua Loke- 1242)

Position is a full-time Resident Manager I at Pua Loke, a 54 unit affordable housing community in Lihue, HI. This is a Tax Credit, HOME, HTF, and HUD property. Candidates will have 1+ years of affordable housing property management experience and knowledge in HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines. Must have valid DL and clean DMV record. Must have REL license or willing to obtain one within 9 months of hire. Salary range: $21.49 -$38.59 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $21.49 - $30.04 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role. Please note that a cleaning deposit is required and employee will be responsible for utilities.
