Frontline Sales Representative

Fronter agents are tasked to handle both IB and OB calls to customers generated from multiple marketing channels and various sources such as web, direct mail, AARP partnerships, print, and social media. Main goal of fronter is to determine if service is for customer who inquired or on behalf of a family member, then transfer to the sales department and facilitate a smooth transition by ensuring the caller is connected to the appropriate service specialist based on their needs.

Inbound and outbound calls will be the primary assignment Calls are routed through a preview dialer system Customers have already submitted online inquiries expressing interest in the service
