The Assembly Supervisor is responsible for managing the assembly group; including safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and performance management. Responsible for making recommendations and supporting continuous improvement, 5S, and Lean manufacturing concepts, while actively encouraging associate involvement. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals. Is results and compliance-oriented and applies strong work ethics and integrity.
