We are looking for an experienced and motivated Fabrication Supervisor to lead out production team and ensure that all fabrication activities run efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of quality. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning daily operations, managing priorities, and supporting your team to meet project goals on time and within specification. You will lead by example, providing clear direction, open communication, and hands-on support to ensure your team has what they need to succeed.
