Summary Description

The Quality, Compliance and EHS Director will be responsible for leading the effective deployment and development of KIMS (Kingspan Insulation Management System) across all current and future sites within the business unit. Key Strategic deliverables include delivering market leading quality of products and service to Kingspan Insulation’s Customer base and reducing the overall cost of quality at each site through driving continuous improvement in all the Key Performance Indicators including warranty costs, QC failures, process waste and quality function overheads. Lead and maintain the Compliance system within KINA. Manage the overall EHS system while ensuring buy in from all KINA employees.
