
Salesforce Solution Architect Specialist/Senior Specialist
Job Description
This is a regional (International Markets Group) role based in Bangkok, Thailand, reporting to the IT Product Line Manager, CRM (Sales). As a Salesforce Solution Architect (CRM – Sales), you will act as the regional design authority for the CRM platform—owning end-to-end solution architecture across business process design, Salesforce capability roadmap, data and integration architecture, security, and scalability. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to shape requirements into enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions, identifying opportunities to standardize and re-engineer processes to improve efficiency, customer experience, and data quality across markets. You will govern delivery using modern Salesforce delivery practices (Agile/DevOps, reusable patterns, automation-first configuration), ensuring solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture standards and are maintainable, compliant, and optimized for regional adoption and long-term evolution.
