Service Advisor Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Accurately document vehicle concerns and service needs
- Provide detailed cost estimates and clearly explain recommended services
- Coordinate repair timelines and communicate status updates to customers
- Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service completion
- Maintain customer satisfaction through follow-up and consistent service quality

Service Advisor Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or repair facility required
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience with Reynolds or other dealership management software preferred
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
