Greenway Kia East - Parts Counter

Greenway Kia East is looking for a dependable and motivated Parts Inventory Associate to support our growing parts and service department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced automotive environment, has strong organizational skills, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe and timely delivery of automotive parts using company vehicles while following all company procedures and safety standards
• Inspect delivery vehicles daily to ensure proper operation and safety compliance
• Assist with pulling and preparing customer orders as needed
• Verify payments and confirm invoices match delivery orders
• Maintain accurate delivery and pickup logs
• Load and unload automotive parts and merchandise
• Support customer service activities within the parts department
• Follow all traffic laws, posted speed limits, and dealership safety policies
• Assist with inventory organization and additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous delivery, warehouse, parts, or automotive experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, standing, and squatting
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and automotive shop environments
• Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction
