Night Shift Production Supervisor

Position Summary: Oversee and assist Shift Leaders and Operators to ensure organizational commitments regarding people, safety, quality, delivery, and cost expectations are met. Collaborate with other departments to determine, analyze, and mitigate issues within the Rail Department. Responsible for ensuring that company policy and procedures are enforced and adhered to. This position will be a 12-hour rotating shift (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off, etc.) on nights from 6:15pm to 6:45am.
