Registered Nurse, (RN) - Acute Care, Full Time, Night Shift

A Registered Nurse licensed by the State of Washington, who is responsible for delivery of direct/indirect care to patients within organized clinical areas of the hospital. A primary nurse is accountable and responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. A resident nurse is a graduate nurse or returning Registered Nurse who is assigned to work under close supervision of a primary nurse while giving direct care for a limited number of patients.
