Occupational Therapist (OT) - Hoopeston Region

The occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients of all ages. Serves as a role model in the delivery of professional services and as a clinical resource for staff and students.   **This position will be evaluating and treating patients in the hospital (inpatient setting) and will fill in for the outpatient team when/if needed. This position also works with discharge planning and with the care team on accepting patients to the swing bed facility.    *****This role qualifies for a sign-on bonus!!!
