Regional Area Maint Mgr

You will assist the Regional Maintenance Director and Regional Portfolio Managers to maintain all aspects of the maintenance operation of CONAM’s managed apartment communities. This position will assist with hiring, training, and staff supervision. The Regional Area Maintenance Manager ensures that the interior and exterior maintenance, interior renovations, purchasing, and workplace safety is performed in accordance with company standards and procedures, and in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
