Job Summary
The Regional Director of Operations for Integrated Facility Management (IFM) and Construction serves as the senior operational leader for a combined business portfolio delivering construction, facility operations, and lifecycle asset management services across multiple European locations, including U.S. Government and Defense installations. This position oversees a diverse, multi country operating region and ensures excellence in service delivery, financial performance, risk management, and client satisfaction across both IFM and construction programs.
Focusing on operational strategy, process excellence, compliance, and performance assessment, this role is central to implementing the VP/AD's strategic vision and achieving annual business and financial goals for the region.
