Lucas Oil Speedway Food and Beverage Associate

Job Purpose: To provide customers of Lucas Oil Speedway with exemplary customer service according to standards set forth by Lucas Oil. 

Duties:

• To set good example to peers and the public with regard to punctuality, attendance, attitude and hygiene.
• Completes required training as mandated by Speedway management.
• Prepares, packages, pours and serves food and beverage items as per customer request; pursuant to guidelines established by department manager.
•  Maintains overall cleanliness to the highest standards at all times in all bar and food service areas.
• Discontinues service to impaired customers, and notifies management and/or security when necessary or required by department policy.
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy environment by following sanitation standards and procedures while also complying with legal regulations.
•  Maintains ambiance through food and beverage presentation and service.
