Job Description
The Office Coordinator provides effective customer service for all customers. Process customer and company source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using company procedures or returning incomplete documents to the proper personnel for resolution. Expert communication, listening and organizational skills are necessary for this challenging and rewarding position. Lastly, the Office Coordinator will serve as support to the office team to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal applicant will be a customer service-oriented team player holding excellent communication skills.
