The Teams
Our civil engineering teams focus on site and infrastructure design, including leading projects such as the 16th Street Mall redesign in Denver.
Our structural engineering teams provide custom solutions for new constructions and expansions, with a strong record in notable projects like Coors Field, the Alice L. Walton School of Medicine, and Harborcenter.
Our investigative engineers are pivotal in supporting ongoing projects by planning and implementing repairs, renovations, and improvements for buildings and sites. Projects have included the historic Brown Palace hotel, nationwide work with the United States Postal Service, the University of Denver, and other parking garage repair/restorations.

Compensation
The wage range for all roles at Martin/Martin considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

- Accrued Time:
- Base Salary Review: Roles are eligible to participate in Martin/Martin’s annual base salary increase review process.
- Annual Bonus: Roles are eligible to participate in a discretionary annual bonus program.
Base salary review and increases, in addition to annual bonuses, are dependent on various factors, including a hired individual’s job-level and annual company performance.
