Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager

The MEL Manager will lead the design, implementation, and continuous strengthening of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) systems for the WAVES program while progressively supporting broader cross-program MEL systems and learning initiatives across Mercy Corps Myanmar. The role will work closely with program teams, partners, technical advisors, and senior leadership to ensure high-quality data, evidence-based decision-making, adaptive management, and organizational learning.

Under the supervision of the Director of Programs, the MEL Manager will provide strategic oversight on MEL frameworks, digital data systems, assessments, data quality, knowledge management, and learning processes to strengthen program quality, accountability, and program performance.
