The purpose of the Title Specialist is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates, and process titles and registrations. Verifies data, completes state forms, makes disbursement for taxes and fees, and submits to thestate Processes new car & Pre Owned registrations on RTS software system Processes pre-owned vehicle title transfers Prepares and distributes registration and license plate envelopes Maintains follow-up on all incoming titles Maintains and reconciles schedules for tax, title and license payable and lien payoffs Identifies internal control issues by reviewing existing policies, verifying changes in authorizedpersonnel, and communicating issues to the Assistant Controller Knows and understands the Park Place Privacy and Information Securities Policy and adhere toits requirements Attends weekly department meetings Pay and Recognition: Weekly pay Paid holidays & paid time off Paid training Stock Awards(select management and front-line team member’s eligible!)
