Oracle's Enterprise Engineering Services (EES) team is responsible for the platforms and services that power how Oracle's global workforce operates securely and productively. As Principal Product Manager for Workforce Identity, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for Oracle's internal identity experience — the systems and signals that determine how employees authenticate, access resources, establish trust, and move through their employment lifecycle.
This role sits at the intersection of security, user experience, and operational scale. You will define how Oracle employees interact with identity systems including biometric authentication, device trust, mobile access, bypass code workflows, and Multi-Factor Authentication. You will partner closely with Oracle's IAM engineering teams, security leadership, HR, legal, and compliance to ensure the identity experience is secure, frictionless, and enterprise grade.
