Ensure in‑process quality & defect reduction -Establish inline inspection, approve Control Plans/PFMEA
Problem Solving: Facilitate root cause analysis (5‑Why, Fishbone), implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA), verify effectiveness.
Internal audits, management review meetings
Coordinate with Production, Engineering & SCM
Support customer & certification audits
Continuous Improvement: Lead Kaizen, Poka‑Yoke, Lean/6σ initiatives; reduce COPQ, defects & customer returns.
Participate in the program review meetings
Follow APQP time line, do feasibility study of drawing with CFT, Prepare PPAP documents
Participate in fixture / Inspection gauge design review with CFT to identify potential quality risks early in NPD process, CMM & approval from customer
Conduct internal PTR, follow up of closing of observations of internal PTR
Conduct Customer PPAP, maintain Quality documentation & follow up of closing of observations with PSW signoff
Process documents like-SPC/MSA/PFMEA/CONTROL plan all PPAP documents good knowledge.
