Starting Rate: $17.50/hour

As an Asleep Overnight Direct Support Staff, you’ll help ensure peace of mind through the night and set the tone for a successful day ahead—all while working a schedule that allows for rest during your shift. This is a sleep-designated role, with the expectation that you’ll wake and respond when needed to support residents and ensure safety.
This is more than an overnight position—it’s a chance to be a steady, reassuring presence and support individuals in living with dignity, independence, and confidence.

Responsibilities
- Remain available and responsive during overnight hours as needed
- Assist with morning routines (personal care, clothing, meals, and day program preparation)
- Implement established treatment and support plans
- Provide transportation to day programs as needed
- Support a safe, clean, and structured home environment
- Respond to and report health, behavioral, or psychiatric concerns appropriately
- Complete required documentation, including shift notes and behavioral observations
- Support and participate in fire drills and emergency preparedness activities
- Provide physical intervention in crisis situations when necessary
- Maintain required certifications (CPR/First Aid, MAP, SOLVE, HR/DPPC)
- Attend trainings, supervision, and team meetings as assigned
- Ensure individuals are treated with dignity and in accordance with Human Rights policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to perform essential job duties reliably and safely
- Strong judgment and communication skills
- Basic computer skills or willingness to learn
- High energy, teamwork mindset, and strong interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to transport individuals
- Flexibility to work across programs as needed
- Sensitivity and commitment to supporting diverse populations strongly preferred
