Financial Counselor

We are looking for a Financial Counselor to join our team at Pinnacle Fertility. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting payments, creating estimates, advising patients on their insurance benefits and coverage both in person and over the phone, and assessing patient referrals when necessary. Your contribution will help maintain a high standard of service and create a welcoming environment for our patients
