
Social Media & Digital Content Manager (Contract)
Job Description
The Social Media & Digital Content Manager is responsible for developing and implementing our paid and non-paid social media and online content strategies to increase our web presence and improve our sales and employee recruitment efforts. Generally, day-to-day activities include creating, curating and managing all published content (images, video and written), as well as monitoring and approving requests from the field. The Social Media & Digital Content Manager monitors, listens and responds to users in a “Social” way while cultivating prospective resident and team member leads. They must stay at the leading edge of industry trends, so they can create a marketing strategy that generates inbound leads, gains followers, and creates a positive image for the company.
