Orthopedic Surgical Technologist with Sterile Processing Experience

Under the general supervision of the Manager of Perioperative Services, and the direct supervision of an Operating Room Registered Nurse, the Surgical Technologist is responsible for filling the surgical scrub role on orthopedic surgical procedures. Assists physicians and nurses in various medical and technical procedures which also include sterile processing of instrumentation. These functions must be in compliance with the philosophy of the hospital, standards of practice and regulations of governing agencies.
