This role owns the day-to-day and strategic management of the HCM system while serving as the key liaison between Human Resources, IT, Finance, Payroll, and Operations across Prevea's multispecialty clinic network. The HRIS Manager combines technical expertise with strong HR functional knowledge to drive system performance, data integrity, and a consistent employee and manager experience. This position plays a critical role in sustaining workforce data accuracy that informs clinical staffing, regulatory compliance reporting, and strategic planning at all levels of the organization. - Evaluate and implement system enhancements, automation opportunities, and process improvements; collaborate with HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition to translate evolving business needs into effective system solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HCM-related questions, issues, and escalations; provide tiered support to HR staff, managers, and employees; create and maintain user guides, configuration documentation, and training materials.
- Manage the organizational relationship with the HCM vendor, including support tickets, escalations, release management, and strategic roadmap discussions; partner with IT on system integrations, data security, and technical enhancements.
