Job Description
The Assistant to Director is responsible for providing support primarily to the HR and Training Directors, but also to the HR and Training Departments, as well as the remainder of the staff who need support with HR and Training issues. This position will focus heavily on technical needs but will assist with physical needs as well.
- Establishes user accounts, sends initial and reminder emails, assists in troubleshooting, and logs completion of initial trainings due within two weeks of hire. (Service Coordination)
- Enters trainings onto the Training Calendar, emails monthly training announcements, takes RSVPs, and logs participant numbers, late cancellations, and no shows (Service Coordination)
- Purchases supplies for trainings (Professional Conduct)
- Enters training completions into UltiPro and pulls reports as requested (Professional Conduct)
- Books Wichita Large Training Room as requested (Service Coordination)
