Job Description
The Production Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, direction, and performance of manufacturing operations within the Collingwood facility. This role ensures that all production targets related to safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people development are achieved through strong operational leadership and effective team management. The position drives continuous improvement, promotes a positive employee relations environment, and develops high-performing teams in a 24/7 manufacturing setting. The Production Manager works closely with maintenance, quality, engineering, supply chain, and leadership teams to support plant objectives and long-term business success.
