In the job family of Field Sales/Store Development, our focus is on driving sales and creating an impactful presence in stores. We work closely with retailers to ensure our products are well represented, and we develop strategies to increase visibility and sales.
Job Description:
This role is part of the Field Sales/Store Development team. As a Key Account Manager, you will support and assist in executing strategies within your team and organization. Your growth expectations will be aligned with the team's performance in a stable external business environment. You will participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and assist in executing strategies within your team or organization.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
- Focus on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category or team / organization with clearly defined and narrow objectives.
- Collaborate effectively within your immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning.
- Work under direct supervision, following well-defined precedents and policies.
Job Qualifications
- Able to work in a team setting and collaborate effectively.
- Open to learning opportunities and able to assist in change management initiatives for new processes under guidance.
- Aware of relevant external (legal, tax) and internal (e.g. decision authority, procure to pay) stewardship requirements and acts accordingly.
