All team members of Southeast Georgia Health System will promote service excellence by developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, other team members, and the medical staff and will ensure the highest quality of care by performing their responsibilities according to the highest professional standards. Responsible for providing the day-to-day direction and leadership of the operational, programmatic and personnel activities within the Patient Access activities for Southeast Georgia Health System, which affect the revenue cycle. This includes establishing, meeting and continuously monitoring the goals and objectives while maintaining alignment with the strategic goals and objectives for Southeast Georgia Health System.
