Hall's Culligan in Cleveland (Brooklyn Heights) is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our office support team. Starting hourly wage for this position is $17.75 per hour with opportunity for monthly bonus! As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive a positive customer experience. This role involves addressing inquiries, providing solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this position will genuinely enjoy interacting with our customers, will have an enhanced ability to resolve issues through strong product and service knowledge, and will effectively manage their time.
