Clinic LPN, Tompkinsville Clinic

Serves as primary liaison between patients, staff, and physician.  Measures and records pertinent medical information.  Performs assigned nursing procedures for the comfort and will being of patients.  Assists providers in examinations and minor office procedures.  Utilizes knowledge of patient’s age and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care.  Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes
