Job Description
Flint Logistics is hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for dedicated auto parts freight with hometown scheduling, steady unload freight, and consistent weekly pay.
Pay: $1,375 to $1,625 per week
Home Time: Home most nights with occasional layovers

Tuesday-Saturday dedicated schedule

Mostly home nightly with light layovers
Late-model Kenworth and Freightliner trucks
Running Area
Explore Southeast regional routes averaging 1,700-1,800 miles weekly with 3-6 stops each delivery day. Drivers complete approximately 30 weekly unloads across multiple dedicated store routes using electric pallet jacks and lift gate trailers.
Earnings
Drivers average $1,375 to $1,625 per week including cents per mile plus $30 per stop. This position also includes a minimum weekly guarantee when the full schedule is worked.
$500 sign-on bonus paid during week 2.
Home Time & Schedule
This account is built for drivers wanting more hometown time with a flexible dedicated schedule. Drivers may dispatch Sunday-Thursday, Monday-Friday, or Tuesday-Saturday depending on route coverage and freight timing.

Mondays, Sundays, and Saturdays are typically lighter route days with limited overnight runs throughout the week.
Equipment
Drive updated 2018+ Kenworth and Freightliner trucks, including sleeper units and box trucks depending on the route. Trucks are governed at 65 MPH for safety and consistency.
Freight Details
Drivers unload auto parts using electric pallet jacks on lift gate trailers. Night deliveries are made to closed store locations using detailed route books with delivery instructions, keys, alarm codes, and unload information provided.

Requirements
Applicants must have 12 months of recent tractor-trailer experience, a Hazmat endorsement, and the ability to handle night driving and driver-unload freight.
