Job Description
The Help Desk Engineer will provide advanced technical support to users across The Home for Little Wanderers. As a frontline employee, the Help Desk Engineer II is a representative of The Home and must interact on a daily basis with all levels of our workforce, from C-level to business and technical end-users. In many cases, the Engineer is end-user’s only experience with the IT Department. To effectively address and resolve technical issues, the Engineer must consistently engage in professional communication to build and maintain rapport with users.
