Coordinator of Student Advising

CCV is looking for a dynamic and engaging Coordinator of Student Advising, who is an excellent communicator with a welcoming demeanor to become an integral member of the Winooski academic center’s team. The CSA is responsible for ensuring students make consistent progression toward achieving their educational goals, focus on student recruitment, and retention.

To support student success and persistence, CSAs participate in the design and implementation of enhanced advising within a curricular area using both coaching and appreciative advising techniques. CSAs are responsible for actively advancing the key performance indicators established by the advising team and endorsed by College leadership.
