In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers throughout the solar project process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and priorities. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and internal team members.
• Monitor active solar projects to ensure accuracy, timely progress, and completion of deadlines.
• Provide clear and consistent communication to customers and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prioritize and manage daily tasks in a fast-paced environment using strong organizational and time management skills.
• Collaborate with customers and sales representatives to collect required documentation for solar project processing.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone, text, and email correspondence.
• Ability to professionally resolve customer concerns and deliver positive outcomes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat/PDF, and document management systems.
• Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
