Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of visual materials, including digital and print assets, to support marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and communication strategies.
Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders to develop creative concepts and translate marketing objectives into visually compelling designs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the design process.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback, direction, and support to help them develop their skills and contribute to project success.
Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve design capabilities.
Maintain brand consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all marketing materials, ensuring a cohesive and professional visual identity.
Work closely with printers, vendors, and other external partners to coordinate production and ensure the final output meets specifications and expectations.
Conduct design reviews and presentations to stakeholders, explaining design choices, soliciting feedback, and iterating on designs as needed.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns, initiatives, and strategies.
Serve as a subject matter expert on design-related topics, providing guidance, recommendations, and best practices to support the overall success of marketing and communications efforts.
