Job Description
The Facilities Coordinator will be a key person for maintaining the overall condition, functionality, and appearance of our corporate headquarters and adjacent campus areas. This role ensures the facility remains in “like-new” condition by coordinating minor repairs and vendor activity and identifying when issues should be addressed through building contractor warranties versus standard maintenance. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. This is a part-time job, averaging 20-25 hours per week between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. (flexibility may be necessary.) The typical workweek is Monday-Friday, occasional weekend work, if needed.
