SENIOR COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGER

EMPLOYEE OWNER POSITION PURPOSE:

The Sr. Community Association Manager is responsible for the management of the operations, maintenance, and oversight of designated Homeowner Association, including, but not limited to the specific tasks as outlined below. This role acts as a mentor and training support for newer managers by sharing industry knowledge and experience in guiding fellow team members to solutions. Acts as a proactive leader with Boards of Directors and Developer contacts in taking a proactive approach to maintenance, financial forecasting, and planning for the future of client communities.
