Commercial Project Manager

The Commercial Project Manager serves a function within both the sales and engineering functions of the organization. They will primarily ensure that all jobs sold have all necessary materials and supplies necessary at the job site when needed. May performs some basic sales functions and communicates with both contractors, customers and engineering staff. Handles coordination and resolution of issues between customers, framers, general contractors and internal sales and engineering staff. Also will assist engineering as necessary in performing estimates and take-offs. May work with purchasing staff to procure special items as necessary.
