Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Operations, this role is responsible for enabling reliable, transparent delivery of the Digital Banking roadmap and major initiatives. The position focuses on bringing clarity to complex delivery environments by aligning priorities, resources, and cross‑functional partners through strong planning, coordination, and agile ways of working. The role emphasizes delivery through influence, continuous improvement, and clear communication to ensure stakeholders have confidence in timelines, progress, and outcomes. Ultimately, it supports on‑time delivery of high‑value digital initiatives and a more effective, transparent way of working across Digital Banking.
