Job Description
Job Summary:
Winding of electric motors through inserting copper wire coils and connecting the jumpers/lead cables.
Key Responsibilities:
Basic level interpretation of motor specifications. (BOM and Winding Instruction Sheet) Inserter: Basic level inserting insulation and insulated copper wire coils into motor stator cores, according to specifications. Pre-form coil end turns with Rubber Mallet/forming peddles trim phase Separators
Connector:
Basic level pre-Form end turns connect jumpers/ lead cable (Solder, Hydraulic or Air Crimper) Hand lace winding end turn. Inspect to assure compliance with Quality Control criteria, and perform associated tasks, forming coils as needed.
