Laboratory Team Lead MLT, Resource Pool, 1st shift, 7a-330p (Varied Days)

Perform leadership roles in the lab for staff to the assigned shift to include training, scheduling, competencies, coaching, taskmaster, team member evaluation and accountability, team member recognition, issue resolution and encouraging teamwork. Performs routine laboratory analysis and quality control testing following laboratory policy and procedure. Performs any additional duties deemed necessary by laboratory administration.
