Outside Architectural Solutions Sales Representative - California

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to drive growth across Balco’s portfolio of architectural engineered products for the construction industry in Northern California. Categories include expansion joint systems, stair nosings, entrance mats & grids, photoluminescent egress systems, etc. This role focuses on expanding market share through targeted outreach to General Contractors, Subcontractors and the Architectural/Specification community in the construction industry. The ideal candidate thrives in a face-to-face sales environment and is successful at building lasting relationships and loyal customers.
